We have been using Listen Hear for all of our personal home AV needs for the past 5 years. These guys are great! Mike Klein is our rep there and he is the most responsive person I know. He replies to requests within hours and is always able to make home visits for emergencies. Thank you Mike for the great service!

When I bought my house it came equipped as a smart house, with all the bells and whistles, installed by Listen Hear for the original owners. I really didn't understand it, and I needed to add more security, so I contacted them. That was 6 years ago. Since then, Mike Klein has been my go-to person at Listen Hear. He has taken care of all my needs for this system with kindness and professionalism. He is knowledgeable and able to resolve any issue that arises. He is transparent when pricing new equipment and works with me to find the best solution while keeping costs as reasonable as possible. I trust and appreciate Mike and Listen Hear implicitly, and truly enjoy working with them!

These people are great to work with - very professional!! They kept all appointments - always on time - usually early. Mike made the purchasing part quite easy - Ian and Hunter installed everything - cleaned up afterwards - helped me to set up the Sonos and TV's -were gracious and helpful when I made a change. I highly recommend this business!

I have dealt with Listen Hear for years. They have installed several systems in our home, and any issues whatsoever, which have been minimal have been dealt with immediately. They come the same day to trouble shoot, and if it is not major, they will not even accept money for services - you almost have to force them to take the compensation. Recently a small TV in our kitchen went bad, and I just went to Best Buy to replace it - a Fire TV for $99. I thought I could hook it up myself. Needless to say, the old system we have did not work with this - only wifi, which I could connect to myself, but we could not get our cable TV channels. I called Mike Klein, and he came over twice to get it fully operational. I would highly recommend them, not only for the knowledge, but more importantly, for their prompt, courteous and excellent service. You cannot go wrong dealing with them, as I have for many many years - like 15 plus.

We upgraded our TV and then got rid of all the old stereo equipment. Engaged with Listen Hear to install SONOS sound throughout the house and around the pool. Mike was great to work with. Very skilled and patient with our questions. Designed exactly what we wanted. And the install guys were efficient, clean, and respectful. They just finished the exterior installation and the sound around my pool is AWESOME. I am not a "techie" like my kids and they were very helpful in teaching me how to use the system. I am a high end Design-Build remodeling contractor. This company and their employees met every one of my expectations! Will use them on jobs whenever the opportunity exists. Thanks to you all!
